As a qualified counselling psychologist, I have a deep understanding of trauma, mental health, and wellbeing. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, and person-centred techniques, allowing me to tailor each session to your unique needs.

Specialisations

I am specialised in individual and couples therapy, trauma(e.g., not feeling good enough, procrastination), emotions (e.g. shame, excessive fear, resentment, anger etc.), and neglect (e.g., feeling disconnected from your family, lack of affection or support), and I offer sessions in English, Spanish, and Romanian.
