As a trained and qualified counsellor, I have a deep understanding of trauma, mental health, and wellbeing. My approach integrates cognitive‑behavioural, psychodynamic, person‑centred, transactional analysis (TA), Gestalt, and Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (PPT). I draw from these modalities fluidly, integrating elements from each approach to suit your unique needs, cultural background, and lived experience. This allows me to honour your pace, your story, and the cultural meanings that shape how you relate, feel, and heal — ensuring each session is attuned, responsive, and personally meaningful.
How I Can Support You
I specialise in individual and couples therapy, supporting clients through trauma (e.g., not feeling good enough, procrastination), emotional challenges (e.g., shame, excessive fear, resentment, anger), and experiences of neglect (e.g., feeling disconnected from your family, lack of affection or support). Every session is tailored with compassion, clarity, and emotional attunement.
Personal Interests
Outside of counselling, I find inspiration and balance in reading, dancing, yoga, and exploring nature. These practices help me stay grounded, creative, and connected — allowing me to bring presence, clarity, and emotional attunement into the therapeutic space.
